ಅತಿ ಶೀಘ್ರವೇಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಕುಸಿತದ ದರವನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು, ದೇಶದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು, ಲಾಭದಾಯಕ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಸ್ವ-ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಲು, ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಯಾಗಲು ,ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಯುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೂ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಕುಶಲತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
"ಮನೆಗೊಬ್ಬ ಉದ್ಯಮಿ" ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಯುವಕರಲ್ಲಿನ ಸುಪ್ತ ದಕ್ಷತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ-ಕೊರತೆಯ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಅಳೆಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ತ್ವರಿತ ಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೌಶಲ ವಿಕಾಸ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನದಲ್ಲಿನ ತಂಡವು ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
